Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge Cut 19

It's been a while since the last Crime Edge release unfortunately, but we're going to be releasing, at the very least, the following two chapters fairly quickly after this release, most likely next weekend. Up to chapter 30 is translated, but 22+ all need to be cleaned.

Neither the color spread or the B/W spread are redrawn. After several attempts at both of them, the redraws were just too above my ability to make look just relatively decent. I don't like releasing spreads without them being redrawn, but I didn't want to delay this series anymore.
