Moar Nozomi! Moar awesome Nozomi, at that.
Edit 2: It turns out Nozomi did not actually end, but rather is going on a short hiatus again, to return in May as a weekly manga in Weekly Shounen Sunday,
Enjoy the release!

Ikebukuro Hatsu, Zensekai Yuki! chapters 10 and 11 are both translated. Chapter 10 is clean, and I've started the typeset, but I need to get a good PR to look it over, as the translator is native Japanese, but his English isn't great, so it needs some phrasing fixes. There's also a chapter 10.5 at the end of volume 2 I've given to Demo, which I will probably release by itself depending on the status of chapters 10/11. iShojo chapter 1 is clean, and all redrawn with the exception of the opening color pages, but I have no idea when those will get done since they're by no mean easily done. Once we get chapter 1 out it's essentially smooth sailing on the series
Thanks for the chapter ( つ^ρ^)つ
ReplyDeleteNooooooooooooooooooooo!!! I hope it's not true!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the new release!
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for the new chapter!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's official, chapter 19 is the end for Nozomi x Kimio i
ReplyDeleteUntil I see the chapter itself, or some better images for confirmation I'm not going to call it "ending" just yet. Yeah it's partly denial on my part, but I need something other than a really tiny image of the magazine cover before I'll believe it.

DeleteSorry, sen manga says chapter 19 is the final one.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
ReplyDeleteNo problem. Disappointed it ended. I hope she starts another series.
DeleteNot surprised it ended, but thanks for deciding to see it through anyway! Look forward to the author's next work.
ReplyDeleteatleast i hope its a good end...
ReplyDeletemeh still feels bit too soon anyway thanks for doing this series :)
That's too bad about Nozomi x Kimio, then again I think series like these are better short rather then being drawn out which I felt was the case with Nozoki Ana. It wouldn't have hurt to at least see a few more chapters but hopefully it ended on a good note and maybe we'll have an extra chapter or so when the last volume is released.
ReplyDeleteNozoki Ana was supposed to be about both characters figuring out what they needed in a relationship. Realistically speaking, it takes a few tries before your average person manages to learn that for themselves. I felt the series was of a decent length, drawn-out conclusion notwithstanding.
DeleteYeah it really grinds me gears when people say that about Nozoki Ana. It's one of the best adult romance stories out there. You want drawn out read Kimi no Iru Machi - now that's drawn out. I will agree the hotel chapters could have been shortened but it was nothing egregious.
Deletewhat about crime edge ??

ReplyDeleteIt actually says the "first-year arc" is ending, and to look on the next page for more information about a continuation. That next page is conveniently left out of the share raws, but it says that the "second-year arc" will start in May in Weekly Shonen Sunday.
And of course, this means Derek has to get Sunday raws and release it every week. In addition to iShoujo. Because we know he just can't drop a series once he picks it up. Ahhh, it's so much fun, being the one to tell him these things.
DeleteSo is this confirmed? I just want to make sure. But yeah I love her work too!! Now if only they would officially translate Nozoki Ana and I would buy it. Anime would be nice too...granted the Nozoki Ana OVA was alright.
DeleteIt's going to be weekly...right, didn't read that part.
DeleteThis is going to be hella fun.
It´s already October and I can´t find the continuation anywhere!!
Deletec3-bu was a random translated chapter I had lying about and it's not (currently) officially picked up by renzokusei yet!
ReplyDeleteI may do more c3-bu once I've finished the next chapter of sakurasou
