This is going to be a constantly updated post with the status of every manga currently listed on the project page. I'll be keeping the statuses fairly brief and to the point.
This post is meant to be at the top of the page at all times, so it's easily accessible for everyone to get to. That is why it says "December 31, 2015". This will not be changing any time soon.
Not every series currently has a status listed next to it, I'll be adding them as new updates happen.
April 10th, 2015 Update: Due to real life commitments that both myself and Demo have, for the next several months, we will have even less time to scanlate than I'd like for us to have, which means releases will most likely not happen every weekend like I normally try to get done. Releases will still happen, but just even more infrequent than they already are.
July 25th, 2015 Update: Two people from FTH didn't like that I was doing exactly what they asked me to, which was quality checking the releases; which resulted in changing things to bring them up to the quality standards of the rest of the RZK projects, so they decided to take it elsewhere.
August 2nd, 2015 Update: Due to a myriad of computer problems piling up, I will be unable to do any scanlation work for an undetermined amount of time. Any other work by other staff will still continue on, but unfortunately that will be it for right now. As usual, I will keep the status updated on it.
September 18th, 2015 Update: Like the release table, this post will only contain the series that I have access to files to right now. Will be put back up to its complete size once I get the files back. Every other series we do is not dropped because it isn't listed here. I just don't have the files for them right now.

I will be changing a series' name to bolded red when that series has been updated recently.
Series
Harvest December - Chapters 10-12 are in the process of being recleaned again.
Ikebukuro Hatsu, Zensekai Yuki! - Chapter 12 is translated, clean, and redrawn. Typeset is started and will be released soon.
iShoujo - Chapter 18 is translated and redrawn. Not completely clean yet.
Mushoku Tensei - Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu - With the side story 10.5 released, we turn our attention back to the full chapters. 13-15 are still being redrawn, but shouldn't be too far off from release.
Tonari no Kashiwagi-san - Chapter 71 is clean and partially redrawn. vhirx has been pretty busy so he hasn't been able to translate it yet. Once he gets that done it'll be released.
Yumekuri - Chapter 34 is translated and clean. We weren't able to get the magazine chapter 35 was in due to it being sold out, and as far as I know we're still having issues obtaining said issue, so I'm not quite sure what we're gonna do at the moment.
I gave you the cleans of DXD ch 30 about 3-4 days ago. lol

ReplyDeleteFirst and foremost; Renzokusei Scans will never drop a manga. We only stop working on a manga when its scanlation is completely finished, or another group wishes to do the manga solo and we trust that other group will be able to do it well.

ReplyDeleteNow you've made my day. I've been waiting for news on Saijou no Meii for a long time. Wasn't sure if you were going to release another chapter or not due to how long it's been :P Definitely looking forward to reading the manga when Renzokusei Scans releases it! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteIt's not that we didn't want to do more Saijou no Meii, it's that we couldn't. The only public scans for it weren't usable, and the only reason we were able to release the single chapter we did is because Trinity BAKumA had HQ scans of just that one. Thanks to a very generous Finnish, we were able to make an order for several volumes from Kinokuniya. Sometime down the road if we get another donation and/or I've got enough extra money, we'll buy more tanks.

ReplyDeleteYou're not missing anything. Because of the delay in releases, once it starts being released, there may be multiple chapters released in a short period of time. Then the story's mind numbing slow pace won't see so bad. One of the few manga that I wouldn't mind being dropped. Good manga stalled - too bad.

ReplyDeleteThat's because the translator, AP, used another groups cleaned chapters for his releases. Renzokusei will eventually release a HQ version of all those chapters once they've cleaned and redrawn their raws.

We're working through them. All the chapters are being worked on, but releases will be on a hold until the color redraws for chapter 11 are completed. All that's left of them is the spread which is about halfway done.
