This chapter would have been out considerably earlier if not for the color pages, especially given its small size, but finally here it is! I think the anime is past the manga now (since apparently Crime Edge's hasn't), although unlike Crime Edge, there isn't much of the manga left until the scanlation is caught up, so it will likely be some several months until the manga surpasses the anime.
Unfortunately, chapters 21 and 22 only get shorter in size, being 13 and 10 pages respectively. They are both translated, although not clean or redrawn yet. 21 only has 2 redraws though, so that won't take long to complete. 22 though, despite it only being 10 pages, has more redraws than it does pages, so it will take time assuming that Josh doesn't do the redraws quickly. Anyway...
